Using the project contacts directory

Keep everyone on the job in one searchable list, linked to tasks, files, and pins.

Contacts are a per-project directory - not a global address book.

  1. 1 Open a project and tap Contacts.
  2. 2 Add a contact with name, role, phone and email. Set a priority if they're a key decision-maker.
  3. 3 Link the contact to relevant tasks, files, or pins to give instant context on the plan.
  4. 4 Tap the email or phone icon to hand off to the system Mail or Phone app.
