These terms govern your use of the MyMarkups app (iOS, iPadOS, and macOS via Mac Catalyst) and this website. By installing the app or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app or the site.

Licence

MyMarkups is provided for personal and professional use on devices you own or control. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app. Reverse-engineering and redistribution are not permitted except as required by law.

Your content

You retain all rights to the plans, drawings, photos, files, notes and contacts you manage in the app ("Your Content"). MyMarkups does not claim any ownership of Your Content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and share Your Content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app or site to break the law, infringe anyone else's rights, or attempt to disrupt service integrity.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". MyMarkups does its best to be accurate (including measurements scaled from a PDF), but PDF scaling depends on the source document. Always verify critical measurements against controlled drawings and site survey.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyMarkups will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app or site.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on the changelog.
