Basic and Pro — same story as in the app
Basic is the free plan: the whole product with clear per-job and monthly ceilings. Pro removes every cap. Install on iPhone, iPad, or Mac; subscribe with Apple In-App Purchase. Exact prices for monthly and annual Pro are in the App Store and on the upgrade sheet inside the app.
The numbers below match what MyMarkups shows on the Basic reference card and in Subscription settings (per job and each calendar month). When you are not on Pro, export, import, and scan totals reset at the start of each calendar month; per-job caps free up when you delete an item in that job — same wording as the in-app paywall.

The paywall headline in the app is MyMarkups Pro, with Pro benefits listed under it after the Basic reference block.
Why two tiers?
Basic keeps the app honest for casual jobs while still shipping the full workflow. Pro is for teams who live in exports, imports, scans, and large jobs every month — unlimited everything the app can count, with no second paywall on core tools. The in-app paywall describes Pro as lifting limits so you can capture more and never hit a wall on heavy months.

Questions people actually ask
On the home screen, open the … menu (top right). You will see Upgrade to Pro (or MyMarkups Pro if you are already subscribed) and Subscription settings. The upgrade sheet lists the Basic ceilings first, then Pro. Subscription settings shows Free plan or MyMarkups Pro, renewal or trial dates, and on Basic the same per-job and monthly limits with usage bars.
Every feature in the product — the limits are on how many items you can hold per job and how many exports, imports, and scans you can run each month. That is the same split the app labels Basic and Pro.
Exports, imports, and scans each have a monthly allowance on Basic. Totals reset on the 1st of every calendar month. Pro removes those monthly caps entirely.
Within each job, Basic caps spreadsheets, tasks, files, photos, notes, and contacts at the numbers on this page. Delete an item in that job to free a slot, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited counts in every category.
No. Pro uses Apple's In-App Purchase tied to your Apple ID — the same as any App Store subscription.
The workflow you rely on today stays available on Basic within the published limits. Pro removes caps; it does not gate fundamental tools behind a second paywall.
